Spider-Man 3>>>>>>

The Spider-Man 3 is announced to be released in 2022 and fans cannot wait to skip these 2 years. Okay, that was cringy. This time the movie has some VERY impressive expansions. Besides the regular cast i.e Tom holland, Jacob Batalon, Zendaya, etc. we also have the Benedict Cumberbatch playing Dr. Strange and Jamie Foxx returning as Electro! Aaaaand the movie will be directed by the Sam Raimi this time. If you don’t know who he is then you were clearly living under a rock because he is the man who directed all three Tobey Maguire Spider-Man movies! So today lets talk some details and try to understand what the story might be about. Let’s go!

The Timeline

Now the 3rd Spider-Man movie would be after the second Dr. Strange movie and the new disney+ tv show WandaVision. Now for those of you who don‘t know, both of these movies deal with the multiverse and the manipulation of time respectively. The Dr. Strange movie is titled Dr. Strange in the multiverse of madness, set to be the first horror movie in the MCU. Besides dr. Strange, we also have Wanda in the movie. Now it is said that the events of this movie adn the tv show, Wandavision, will alter the story of Spider-Man. Now what could this be. This could be that Somehow the multiverse resets causing everyone to forget who Spider-Man really is or peter could simply visit dr. Strange and ask him to reset the timeline. Now since we don’t have Memphisto this is the most viable option since in the comics peter sells his soul to memphisto to make everyone forget his identity. Either way it is going to happen, there will be no “The state vs. Spider-man”

Jamie Foxx’s Electro returns

It’s probably a week now since Jamie Foxx had announced that he will be playing electro again in the MCU’s Spider-Man 3 and said “this time he won’t be blue”. He could be yellow or green, depends if they decide to make him convert straight into his pure energy form or they make him harness his power through his classic green and yellow suit. Now this could also be the aftermath of Dr. strange 2, opening peter’s world to villains of different universes. As childish as this sound, this is the MCU we’re talking about. After DCTV’s Crisis on infinite earths crossover, Marvel has some pretty good competition.

Will Peter need a guide again?

I wouldn’t actually be surprised if Dr. Strange decided to guide just as Tony did when he was alive. Judging by the spiderman Tom’s playing, he kinda would need a guide since he doesn’t have enough experience and his threats are surprisingly far greater than the ones before. And if not dr. Strange then we all know who’s gonna guide him. Tobey Maguires spiderman. Yes.

The Spider-verse opportunity

So Marvel is considering to make a spider-verse movie starring Tom Holland, Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire. Although this isn’t confirmed, there are reports of marvel approaching them. If this movie would be a reality then clearly Tobey would be the one who would guide Tom’s Spider-Man. Andrew‘s Spider-Man is also pretty impressive and could probably help him deal with Tony Stark’s loss.

Just think about this. You’re in the theatre watching the new Spider-Man movie and suddenly you see all 3 spidermen swing through time-square. Me too kid.
